The watch restart (no gear nor progression bar) and is now forever stuck in a boot loop (Garmin Logo only + Vibration every 20 sec (as if it can't complete the boot process so it keeps re-trying to start until the battery dies).
Charging problems. 5403640 over 2 years ago. My Garmin Vivoactive 3 has been working flawlessely for 2 years now but today it won't charge. When I plug it in it charges to 100% but the moment I unplug it; it powers down. I have plugged it into my laptop to update all the software but this has not helped. Any ideas how I can get it to stay on
In some cases, you can get it to work by cleaning the contacts with an eraser or alcohol. Or try swapping out for a new cable and/or using a different charging source (computer port or wall…. I have this problem from time-to time. The way I fix it is to spray WD40 on the end of the cable that plugs into the watch and the connector on the watch.
Vivoactive 3 screen is blank. 2600643 over 3 years ago. Hi. My vivoactive 3 screen in blank and the hard reset does not help. The lights on the back are still working at it vibrates when I try the hard reset but the screen is still blank.
