B550m-ITX/AC - Bluetooth not working. Have an issue with the built-in BT, I can see the BT adapter under Bluetooth settings, I can click the "+" to search for devices, but nothing comes up. I tried initially with the generic driver that was installed, then downloaded the Intel BT driver from ASRock's website.
I'm having issues recently, I'm not using very frequently bluetooth but despite it has always worked, it doesn't work properly now, I don't know why. Available bluetooth devices are listing correctly but when I try to pair them it fails after a moment. I tried to uninstall drivers several times and I updated my BIOS and it doesn't solve anything.
Try to download MSI Center (if you don't have it yet) and go to SUPPORT > Live Update and update you drivers from there. Hope that this will HELP. officialryko-.
